You agree that we have no obligation to monitor or regulate the Materials posted by you or other users. Submissions Policy
Any information provided to A Local Choice Inc. (the "Server") shall be provided by the submitter and received by Server on a non-confidential basis. Submissions will only be accepted by registered users of Server. Server shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. All submissions, comments, ideas, and correspondence become the property of Server.

Privacy Policy
1. This site does not collect any personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Personally identifying information provided by individuals will be used only in connection with the party the information is collected for or for such other purposes as are described at the point of collection.
2. Such information will not be transferred to any other parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. While A Local Choice Inc. will seek to require third-party content providers and other parties to adhere to its and their privacy policies, neither bears any responsibility for any actions or policies of such third parties.

Subscribers and members should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or parties.

1.1 Products. The Software is owned by A Local Choice Inc. (the "Owner") or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may make one copy of the Software solely for back-up purposes which includes all copyright and trade mark notices. You are not permitted to copy the Software for archival purposes.

1.2 Information. The Information is also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights (including but not limited to copyright), title and interest in the Information are reserved to and owned by the respective organizations which have provided it or their licensors (the "Information Providers").

2. Other Rights
The Software shall be considered confidential information of Owner or its licensors and shall not be disclosed by you to any third party who has not agreed to the terms of this Agreement in the manner specified by Owner. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software, or remove any proprietary notices or labels it contains. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trade marks and trade secrets in the Software or any modifications to it shall be and remain in Owner or its licensors.
